Created for the Adidas × Feifei Ruan collection, this project developed a contemporary graphic system rooted in the Chinese legend of the carp transforming into a dragon. Centered on themes of ambition, strength, and transformation, the work closely studied traditional Miao embroidery patterns and structures, reimagining them through Adidas’ brand language.
The resulting graphic and pattern assets were designed to work across multiple product lines, including menswear, womenswear, kids apparel, and footwear, alongside custom hand lettering created for the collaboration.
Miao Embroidery
